I’ve decided to stop posting my breakfasts on this blog and pretty much blogging altogether on this site.

Instead I will be posting them and other great motivational tips directly onto my Facebook profile.

Breakfast: Day 228/365

2 whole eggs, 3 egg whites mixed with spinach and cilantro. Hot salsa and a side of avocado.

I know the last few breakfasts have been very similar but I’m on this “make your abs pop” meal plan. I have switched them all up slightly. :)

Breakfast: Day 227/365

Oatmeal with a new protein powder! :)

I used vanilla creme and it is very good! Topped with berries.

Simple and from the Oxygen Magazine Abs Special.

1 slice of ezekial toast with 1 tbsp of wild natural blueberry jam and almond milk with 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder.

Breakfast: Day 225/365

Big breakfast this morning. So worth it too.

This recipe was inspired by the most recent issue of Oxygen Magazine’s Abs Special. It’s part of their “Make my abs pop” meal plan.

2 whole eggs plus 1/2 cup of egg whites, 1 cup of spinach, 2 tbsp of salsa and 1/3 cup avocado

Breakfast: Day 224/365

Woohoo for oatmeal.

1/3 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup berries, protein powder and a sprinkle of maple flakes (1/4 tsp).

Simple breakfast.

1/2 cup no fat cottage cheese, 1/2 cup sliced pineapple and one slice of toasted ezekial cinnamon raisin bread

Smoothie. Ha!!

- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
-1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 cup almond milk

Breakfast: Day 221/365

This morning I opted to have something different than an actual smoothie. :)

3 scrambled egg whites over spinach, one lean turkey burger made with flax seed, wheat germ and oat bran and half of a plantain lightly fried in 1/2tsp of extra virgin olive oil.

The picture doesn’t show the mustard I added on the side to dip my burger in.

ANOTHER smoothie!!!!

They’re so easy and so fast! A meal in a cup.

- 1 cup strawberries
- 1/2 cup plain no fat yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 small banana
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
